The Gallery is open Monday-Friday 9.30am-4.30pm and Saturday 9.30am-2.30pm, except holidays and change-over days between exhibitions. Artists proposals are welcome-- click here for more details.

6- 28 August: 2 Exhibitions in The New Zealand Steel Gallery
1) A painting exhibition with works from Bernadette Parsons and Belinda Griffiths.
2) A display of Avant-Garde Ball Gowns
3-12 September: ( Amended hours of opening, Sat 9:30 -5pm, Sun, 10am - 5pm)
The Franklin Art Festival Shows a retrospective collection of past years winners to celebrate their 21st Birthday.
17 September- 9 October: Calling, an exhibition of works by 3 artists, Grant Whibley, Shruti Yatri and Jon Carapiet.
15 - 30 October: Through the mists, an exhibition of landscape paintings by Ron Wood.
2 - 18 November: From Woe to Go, an exhibition of exquisite works by the Counties Embroideres Guild.
20 November - 4th of December: The New Zealand Mouth and Foot Painters bring their traveling exhibition to Franklin.
